ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & SALES


Sales Development Representative 

The SDR is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executive counterparts. You will manage all components of the outbound sales development process which include prospecting, qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers. You will work closely with the direct sales team to strategize, plan and ensure seamless transition of opportunities.

Sales Development Internship

As a Sales Development Intern you will get real world experience working in a fast paced, high growth sales organization. You will be trained on the most up to date sales techniques and tools. You will be paired with 3 other interns with the sole goal of helping introduce perspective prospects to Kindful’s Donor Management System.

Jr. Data Analyst

We here at Kindful pride ourselves in providing excellent service to our customers. The data services team plays an integral part in ensuring that our customers’ experience with Kindful is a positive one from the beginning. The data services team is responsible for ensuring that new customers’ existing source data is imported into Kindful successfully.


PRODUCT & ENGINEERING


Full Stack Web Developer

As a Kindful full stack web developer, you will work within all layers of our products, with an emphasis on backend components, API, and the database. Our tech stack includes Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and Backbone.js.

Junior Software Analyst

The Software Analyst is a member of the Product Development team and is integral in ensuring that our customer’s experience with Kindful is a positive one. The Software Analyst does this through a variety of tasks that are sometimes performed by Business Analysts, Product Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts and Technical Writers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Content Marketing Manager

Kindful is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help lead our marketing messaging. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Acquisition, this person will be responsible for devising an effective content strategy across Kindful’s many digital assets and advertising outlets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating content that gets results and will be able to show prior success.
