ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & SALES


Account Executive

We’re looking for an Account Executive to help drive company revenue by bringing on net new customers who understand the value that Kindful can provide to various unique nonprofit organizations. This means running a value-based sales process and setting the right expectations for success with the platform. It also requires bringing on these new customers at a fast, efficient pace. Are you up for the challenge?

Outbound SDR

The SDR is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executive counterparts. You will manage all components of the outbound sales development process which include prospecting, qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers. You will work closely with the direct sales team to strategize, plan and ensure seamless transition of opportunities.

Sales Development Internship

As a Sales Development Intern you will get real world experience working in a fast paced, high growth sales organization. You will be trained on the most up to date sales techniques and tools. You will be paired with 3 other interns with the sole goal of helping introduce perspective prospects to Kindful’s Donor Management System.

Jr. Data Analyst

We here at Kindful pride ourselves in providing excellent service to our customers. The data services team plays an integral part in ensuring that our customers’ experience with Kindful is a positive one from the beginning. The data services team is responsible for ensuring that new customers’ existing source data is imported into Kindful successfully.

Kindful is looking for an analytical, data-driven individual to take responsibility for all aspects of demand generation – defining, creating, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns using a variety of channels and technologies.
